At musacollection.store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible 7-day return and exchange policy with clear guidelines below.


✅ 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Request must be submitted via WhatsApp at 0322-6024959

  • Mention your Order ID, reason, and share clear photos of the item. If damaged or defective, please show the issue in the photo.


🔄 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent — we will pay the return shipping cost.

  • If the product has no issue, but you want to return or exchange it for personal reasons (e.g. size, change of mind), you will pay the return shipping charges.


📦 Important Return Instructions

If your return is approved:

  1. Attach a paper inside the return parcel with the following clearly written:

    • Your Bank Name or JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Raast

    • Your Account Number

    • Your Account Title

    This is required so we can send your refund or exchange adjustment.

  2. Once the parcel is dispatched from your side, send us the tracking number on WhatsApp (0322-6024959) and confirm that you’ve returned the product.


🚫 Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (e.g., dupattas, stoles, etc.)

  • Custom-stitched or altered items


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • Once processed or shipped, they cannot be canceled.
